NEPOTISM in the work place

Dealing with nepotism in workplace is vey difficult or tough job especially if you are at the shortest end of the stick

Nepotism is process of providing and getting opportunities due to family background or relations and this nepotism had a very great back in india or even in whole world

Nepotism is natural part of human behavior every body want thier family members or relatives to be successful in life and if nobody is giving them chances ,they themselves give opportunities to their family members 

Nepotism has very negative affect in the individualistic countries like United States ,particularly if the choosen candidate is not perfect for work , nepotism can damage the whole company by targetting companies main assets that is human resource by reducing their morale they will feel demotivated

But however nepotism doesn't have always negative affect on the companies but sometimes it may cause the growth of the companies for eg. If we hire a family member in the company,he/she will work with full dedication and bring social values to the companies that will help the companies to make good standards and good values among society
